An absolutely superb property. The location was what initially attracted us. When we entered the property we were very impressed with - everything. The layout, the quality of decor, furnishings and equipment were all beyond our expectations. It was like being at home; every time we wanted something it was there; televisions, radios, glasses, crockery, kitchen utensils - even a sieve for flour!! - and more hangers than I have ever seen. The welcome pack was just the beginning of having everything we needed. Open a cupboard and there was washing up equipment, dishcloths, cleaning materials; all the little things we take for granted at home which so often are not in rented accommodation. Real caring attention to detail here. Supremely comfortable. This was without doubt the finest self-catering accommodation We have ever stayed in. Full credit to the owners. We will be back.

A lovely apartment in a great location, just a short walk to Peasholm Park, Miniature Railway and North Bay Beach. Well equipped and comfortable with lovely views out to sea from the kitchen and living room. We had many days on the beach and took the train to the sealife centre. Ventured down to the South bay to see the lifeboat and amusements. Great selection of takeaways near by. The waterfront cafe is lovely and just down the costal path from Lilian’s View. Private parking with EV charger available to use over night. The apartment has a selection of board games and books for all ages so ideal for families. Our second stay here and I’m sure we’ll be back.

Lovely little apartment, conveniently placed for walking to Peasholm park, north bay beaches, Scalby Mills and Sealife centre. The little presents on arrival, games, books and colouring sheets were very welcome and a lovely extra touch. The electric charging point was great as saved us worrying about finding local public chargers. The dishwasher and washing machine were ideal for us travelling with children! We’ll definitely look to see if this property is available if we visit Scarborough again.

We had a lovely stay at Lillian's View (two retired couples). There was everything we needed for a relaxing stay in this really cosy, modern apartment. The view of the sea and the castle from the front windows is lovely and the apartment just a two minute walk from the lovely local brew pub. The lift is very useful from the car park and there is private, secure parking for one car behind the apartment. The owners were very approachable and helpful and we will definitely return.

Lillian's View is a wonderful flat for a holiday. Probably the best holiday property we have ever stayed in. It is amazingly well equipped with extras like board games and a huge selection of DVD's for those wet days. Plenty of places within walking distance for food, cinema and shopping. Views from the flat windows are superb, they over look the beach and the castle ruins. One other plus is the secure parking which is great in a town with not much free off street parking.
