  Jackie And John have an absolute amazing property.

  It has been furnished to a high specification which is gorgeous. Everything is brand new. The kitchen was excellently equipped with everything, included salt pepper, cling film and foil (which some accommodations don’t provide). Children’s cutlery plates bowls and cups provided - another bonus to prevent breakages. To us the little things really help to make a stay homely and comforting. Such as the throws and a little dog basket. The house is in an excellent location to the park and sea front, with great parking on the road outside the house. Use the clock to get 3 hours free parking or the scratch card for all day parking. The beds were very comfortable and lovely fresh clean bedding. Towels again brand new and fluffy. Bathrooms were immaculate and to the top specification. TVs were up to date with apps enabled. Free WIFI bonus! The house was perfect for our stay - not one negative. We will be returning thank you so much x

  The flat was great.

  It was quiet, comfortable and spacious for the two of us. It was really very well situated being within 10 minutes walk to the sea and not much more to the town center. I would recommend the property and would try and stay there again the next time we go to Scarborough. There was an issue with not enough parking scratch cars when we arrived but one quick phone call to the owner and she sorted it out right there and then. Couldn't ask for more. My issue is with Sykes themselves. I have booked cottages with them several times before over the phone but now they are charging an additional fee for this on top of the already pricey booking fee, they are just getting too greedy in my opinion and not providing as good a service as they did in the past. Sorry Sykes I will have to be very desperate before using you again.

  Absolutely blown away by the quality of the accommodation and the beautiful finish.

  Jackie has thought of absolutely everything when kitting this place out, Location is perfect for a short stroll to Peasholm Park and North Bay or a longer walk to South Bay. Train station is less than a 5 minute drive away. We had an 18 month old with us and travel cot was bought new and provided for our arrival after Jackie called 4 weeks prior to our stay to check and chat about our requirements . Stair gates top and bottom that are so classy wish I’d thought of them! The beds and bedding are 5* hotel quality. Netflix on the tv! Even found snuggle blankets in the pouffe!! I could go on forever. Before our stay was over we’ve reserved this house again for same time next year

  Lovely flat in great location. Comfortable, clean, warm & spacious flat a few minutes walk from local shops and the beautiful Esplanade. We were a bit worried about ease of parking but had no trouble whatsoever, always finding a space close to the property. Neither of the flats above or below were occupied during our stay and it was very peaceful. It was an unexpected bonus to find Sky TV with Sports. The mattress in the main bedroom was too soft for us but this may well suit others! Some friendly feedback: a second set of keys would be useful; also some additional lighting for the dining area. We would definitely stay here again, it was excellent accommodation for the money.

  A lovely cottage, right in the centre of the old town. Comfy beds, 2 proper sofas in the lounge so 4 adults can all sit down for the evening (I say this as many cottages seem to sleep 4 and seat 3!). The parking space is a real bonus and the permit you need to display is easy to spot once you're in the cottage. You can walk straight down the old custom steps to the sea front or turn left out the cottage and walk up some gentle slopes into Scarbs, we are a mixed age group (40's-70s) and we didn't have any issues but if you're not keen on stairs or slopes then perhaps book a holiday in Holland instead .... as Scarbs isn't flat
