  On arrival at the old Brew House it was very quaint and because of its location was a good base to explore Chipping Campden and the surrounding area Once in the property and settled it became apparent it wasn’t quite the cosy little cottage we expected On settling down for the evening we lit the log burner which the door didn’t seal properly so for the rest of the holiday the was a Smokey and soot smell so we didn’t use this anymore The living room furniture was uncomfortable and in a poor state of repair due to clasped springs and arms of the chairs being worn with the stuffing coming out The light above the cooking hob did not work The was a bowl on the floor under the hand basin in the bathroom to catch the water that leaked this had been happening for some time due to the colour of the bowl and the skirting and wasn’t pleasant to look at when using the bathroom The was a glass with a crack in it left on the shelf with all the other glasses and crockery this wasn’t spotted until one of my party had started drinking from it In one of the bedrooms one of the window V-lux blinds was broken and would not hold down to keep closed so we had to improvise and tie it down each night to the window handle to keep it closed This was reported to the owner and also the house keeper and it was apparent that they knew about it and it had been like it for some time and felt I was just being brushed off The house keeping throughout the property was quite poor the was a large build up of dirt and dust underneath the living room furniture and as all the furniture was on castors they could have been moved to clean with ease Overall I and my party thing the property is very overrated for the money paid and would feel it would be in your interest to oversee the property before letting it out on your books in the future that’s why I feel it is only a 3 out of 5

  This small one room apartment was well set up for a stay of a few days and for limited meal preparation. It provides places to hang and unpack clothes. The kitchen is small but functional. The location is close to cafes and late night budget restaurants. Although there is no parking on site there is a long term parking lot within a 10-minute walk. There is a good sized shower and adequate hot water and water pressure. Building security is good and the location is quiet at night. Although this property is one of many managed by a private company, we found them responsive to our emails. The property is in a pedestrian zone with restricted access by motor vehicle. It is only possible to load and unload luggage within specified hours. The long stay public parking lot is within a 10-minute walk; however due to many one-way streets it takes a bit longer to drive between the parking lot and the property, and sat-nav is a necessity. We wouldn’t recommend booking this property when travelling by car. The property is difficult to find as it is behind an unmarked door and down a narrow alleyway. There was no information at the property about how things work; for example no internet login provided and it took about 12 hours to get the necessary information. We were not given info about how to leave the property, for example expectations regarding dish washing, or not. While there were towels on site we had to buy our own soap, dish soap, and toilet paper - not so easy late at night in an unfamiliar town. The mattress was thin and there was only one bedside lamp. We did not feel treated as welcome guests. Finally, full payment was required months in advance with a similarly long timeline for cancelation.

  Fue un completo desastre. No me enviaron el código de acceso, la puerta exterior no tiene número, no contestan al teléfono, encima me envían mensaje diciéndome que toda la información fue enviada el día de antes. No hacen más que enviar mensajes repetidos de publicidad, como si en esos mini estudios fuera posible contratar chef. Los colchones con muelles se clavan en la cadera, una pena que unas instalaciones nuevas no estén dadas de alta como toca, estén señalizadas en la calle y sobretodo estén limpias. No repetiría. Fue un completo desastre.   Apartment was spacious, comfortable, and in a good location. Price was very reasonable for the area. The admin was incredibly excessive and off putting. They required an additional form to be filled in after booking, then the hosts sent TWELVE messages to me about my 2 night booking and many of them were pages long. This caused me a lot of unnecessary stress given that I was visting for work. There was very little soap and no toilet roll in the bathroom. There was also no washing up liquid, which made it hard to keep the flat and myself clean. The bed sheets were stained with what looked to be blood. If you don't mind all the messages and you are happy to bring your own soap and loo roll then it's not so bad, the price was incredibly reasonable. But I would also note that there's no parking outside, so you will need to pay for parking and carry bags a short distance through town.

  Era muy espacioso. Con cama de matrimonio de 180 Sucio: cocina: el horno me atrevería a decir que nunca se ha limpiado: lleno de grasa y había tazas con las marcas del café. Éramos 3 y sin embargo solo había cubertería para dos: literalmente 2 tenedores dos cucharas y dos cuchillos. Respecto al sofá cama, es imposible que un adulto duerma ahí: el colchón es malísimo: se clavan todos los muelles. Cuando llegamos, tuvimos que hacer la cama del sofá pero el edredón tenía una mancha enorme amarilla: por consiguiente durmió solo con una sábana. Sólo te ponen un rollo y medio de papel higiénico. Al llegar no vimos la clave de la wifi por ningún lado y mandamos un mensaje al que nunca recibimos contestación: eso sí, para decirnos que dejáramos a las 10.00 el apartamento, lo mandaron la noche anterior.
