We were so pleased we booked this property. Parking was very easy and the enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Although the property is up the hill above the village, it was a relatively easy walk to all Marazion has to offer. The property was beautifully clean and extremely well equipped. Both bedrooms benefit from an en suite and at long last we have booked a property which not only has mirrors in the bedrooms but also sockets near to said mirrors for the hairdryer (this is usually one of my big issues about holiday cottages we have booked!). There were even bowls for the dog. Our dog is never allowed upstairs so the stairgate was a very welcome addition to the equipment. We would not hesitate to book again. We would recommend a meal at The Fire Engine Inn which is a five minute walk from the cottage - the staff were lovely and the food good.

We had a great week staying in Chimaya and thought the property was very well laid out, very clean and very comfortable. The master bedroom en suite was absolutely wonderful, particularly the walk in shower. The lounge was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was very well equipped (although there wasn't any salt or pepper so just bring your own!) and the welcome pack of scones and clottted cream was a nice touch. The dog bowls were also very useful. It was about a 10 minute walk into Marazion which was fine for us but you can easily go by car if preferred. We would definitely recommend Chimaya and would book it again for a holiday. We had a lovely time.
