Outside, dine alfresco in the enclosed patio garden as you admire the stunning views across the Yorkshire Dales.

Hawes is full of independent shops, cafes, and pubs. The town is also home to the Wensleydale Creamery, where you can take a tour and sample the region’s famous cheese. The Dales Countryside Museum is also a must for the itinerary; it tells the fascinating story of the area and the people who lived and worked here. Hawes hosts a weekly farmers’ market, which is a great place to pick up delicious local produce for your supper.
