  Gors is a lovely little cottage secluded by being on a lower level than the main A458 road and therefore out of sight. It is ideally placed for access to all areas of mid and north Wales. There is a little stream running through the garden. There is everything you would need for a pleasant and comfortable break. We have a little dog who absolutely loves Gors and the little paddock adjoining the cottage is ideal for a dog to exercise. For those who want wi-fi access, the signal at Gors is strong and solid. A new feature is a second bathroom upstairs which we found very handy! There is a fish and chip shop and chinese take away in Llanfair Caereinion and shopping is easy in the Tesco store at Welshpool which is only about 30 minutes away. This was our 4th visit and we will definitely be back.

  We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Nyth Y Wennol in October.

  Sian and Steve were incredibly welcoming and helpful, but gave us our own space and privacy. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you could need. The bed is very comfy, the cottage was lovely and warm and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The living room is a lovely cosy space with a good-sized TV and a little fire which we didn’t actually need to use due to the underfloor heating. The bathroom is really luxurious with a huge bath and a powerful shower. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Anglesey. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home away from home.

  <strong>The cottage was fantastic, luxurious, comfy, very clean, excellent facilities and had an amazing view.</strong><br /> Recommendations - Barry beach and Pleasure Park for fun and ice creams and crazy golf. Porth Kerry country park for spectacular scenery, with a 12 hole pitch and putt golf course and nice cafe. The Knapp is in a lovely setting with a lake and little cafes for lovely lunches. For evening meals, The Red Lion at Pendoylan, The Blue Anchor, The Cherry Orchard. The visit was perfect, couldn&#39;t have asked for anything else to improve our stay.

  The house is equipped with absolutely everything, and to the highest quality.

  I make my own bread daily and normally have to take my own kit every place I go, not here though… the house even comes with weighing scales (two!) baking trays, mixing bowls, and the salt that I forgot. I’m a tall chap, so I really had to watch out for those low beams. They were an aweful lot shorter in the bygone years. We were directed to one of the most awesome beaches, along with a red squirrel sanctuary - I could have spent a week on that beach alone - I would not mind getting cut off by the tide We are definitely coming back again
