  We have just spent a wonderful week at Appletree Cottage in Weybourne. We were three generations and the house catered for all our needs. It is comfortable, homely and excellently equipped. There is plenty of room to spread around and the garden is beautiful, safe and private. We love North Norfolk and the cottage’s position on the coastal road means that there is easy access to all the delights, from Hunstanton to Cromer! It’s a very short hop to Sheringham, Cley, Blakeney, Wells-Next-The-Sea and Holkham. There is a lively, friendly village pub with excellent food, a shop/tearoom and a very posh new hotel with attached restaurant. There are lovely walks from the nearby beach, especially at sunset. The only slight drawback for small children is that the beach is steep and shingled with deep water. I would recommend Sheringham close by for little people with buckets and spades. In short, I cannot recommend this lovely cottage highly enough. Thank you to the owners for making our wonderful holiday possible,

  The house is situated in a small village close to a shop and one pub which is very popular and serves a good standard of pub food. ( booking advised). Accommodation is excellent and plenty of space even if you are the max of 6 people. It is beautifully furnished & very clean, all mod cons that you would find at home. No worries about space outside, garden/sunbathing over several areas, equipped with BBQ, plenty of seating. Location very peaceful & within walking distance to the beach. Parking at front for several cars. Good location to visit main tourist areas, plus Weybourne has the novelty of a Steam Train Ride. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future.

  We have just a fabulous week at Appletree Cottage. Charming cottage with heaps of space for 3 adults and 3 kids and a glimpse of the sea from the end of the garden and master bedroom. Very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Lovely little shop/cafe for essentials and nice pub down the road (need to book in peak times). Weybourne beach is pebble so not so family friendly for swimming but easy drive to plenty of sandy beaches (we loved West Runton)! Will definitely look to book again!!

  Great little idyllic Norfolk cottage, comfy and cosy with lovely little garden. We very much enjoyed our stay here in this quiet village, there is a local pub 'The Ship Inn' serves really good food, and a deli shop selling home made pastries for breakfast and great coffees to take back to the cottage, both are about 3 min walk from the front door! Excellent circular walk to the beach and through the village takes about 20 mins. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

  This cottage was a beautiful place to stay, it was fully equipped throughout and every occasion had been thought about from hair dryers in each of the bedrooms, jugs for your long iced drinks, glasses, serving bowls, crockery, pans you could not wish for more, the cottage was spacious and very clean and comfortable, there were games for all ages in the cupboard and full instructions for all electrical items. I would 100% recommend this property
