First impressions was good.
However, cooker not working after switching on the socket. Mould on bathroom ceiling (this could be rectified by using Ronseal anti mould paint, we know this as we have used it ourselves) and mould on the shower curtain(got photo's if needed). The water was only hot at certain times of the day. Cutlery and glasses had to be washed before use. Fridge was leaking because of the drain hole was blocked, which we cleared. The shelves were dirty in the fridge. Welcome pack didn't have clear information in it for emergencies, i.e. hospital, vets etc... Shower heater was temperamental it was either roasting hot or stone cold, no happy medium. Seat outside broke when sat on it. Blind in living room very heavy for a disabled person to put up. No instructions on where to get card charged as there is no Belle Aire shop that we were aware off.

Chiff Chaff Cottage was just perfect for our family of four, and our goldendoodle, for a relaxing end of year break. It's a fabulous location for a peaceful stay and ideally placed for exploring the stunning north Norfolk beaches of Wells, Holkham, Brancaster etc. The house itself is super clean, modern and cosy and the owners had thought of everything - doggy poo bags, dishwasher/washing capsules, cleaning products, bin liners, hand wash, linen, spare blankets, coat hangers and more. They'd even put a stylish Christmas tree up! We were particularly grateful for the luxurious hamper of local Norfolk treats - very generous. Great Wifi connection, log burner and parking right outside the front door. We didn't use it but there is a separate summer house, courtyard and fully fenced garden. You will love it here.

We have had an excellent stay at your lovely cottage, it is very thoughtfully decorated, and the garden is fabulous too! Our highlights were Holkham and âThe Victoriaâ, Wells (just all of it!). The deli is great for breakfast, Old Hunstanton and walking up to Hunstanton. Lobster at the White Horse, Brancaster Staithe with live music, Overstrand beach. Amazing Thai food at the Crawfish Inn, Thursford â Dogs were allowed in the garden. A really fab meal at Twenty9 Burnham Marker. All in all, a fabulous stay with a week of sun- we couldnât have asked for more. Thank you so much. P.S. The boat trip to see the seals at Blakeney Point, leaving from Morston Quay, also fab!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Chiffchaff Cottage is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, cosy, welcoming with everything you could possibly need. The flowers, wine and granola was a lovely thoughtful touch. There are so many things we loved... the luxurious towels, the comfy bed, the downstairs toilet, the sun/garden room, especially sitting outside in the sunshine in your beautiful enclosed garden, our two dogs were so happy and safe. Our highlights were our trips to the beach and woods at Wells-next-the-Sea, Holt, walks in the village and a lovely meal at The Dabbling Duck, which is dog friendly! Thank you so much for a relaxing week, it's just what we needed.
