Located in one of the residential areas of Paignton, not far from Broadsands and Godrington beaches. Paignton town centre, harbour with local pubs, restaurants and cafes, Torbay Leisure Centre, Splashdown Quaywest and Torbay Golf Centre are located in less than 10 minutes’ drive away.
