Trelowarren Barn is a delightful detached, single storey barn conversion in a rural location which is recognised for having geological and historical interest, plus in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, a built-in dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The double bedroom has a super kingsize zip and link bed, whilst the modern bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash handbasin. All the rooms benefit from vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.

To the outside there is parking for 2 cars, a lawned garden that takes advantage of the views over the local countryside and coast beyond. To the rear there is a gravelled garden area with far reaching rural views.

The location is ideal for keen cyclists and those who love country walks. The nearest beach is just 3 miles away to the north and another two beaches within 5 miles, one at St. Ives and the other at Penzance which has all the amenities any guest would need, including a lovely sandy beach, outdoor pool and promenade, as well as local shops, pubs and supermarkets.
