Sea Breeze provided a very comfortable base for our stay in Brixham. We were 2 couples visiting friends nearby, and the entire stay was faultless. From the easy and friendly reservation phone call to leaving the property, it went very smoothly. We unloaded the car at the top of the property and easily found parking just one street away. Inside, the house is lovely, fully equipped with top quality furniture and fittings, very clean and comfortable. Outside, there is a selection of sunny sitting areas. The view from the lounge is amazing. We walked everywhere the throughout the weekend - up to Berry Head, and down into town (eating at the Wine Loft and Beamers), and picking up supplies from the high street and the fish market. I appreciated the communication both by phone and email - it was exceptional. Thank you for a lovely, memorable stay.

Great location and the views were wonderful.
It really was a home from home. So close to the harbour, that we didn't really need to venture too far out of Brixham at all. We loved our break as a family of 4 with a dog. The amenities were great. Amazing to have private parking (the instructions for which were great) Just a couple of things that might need to be fixed - the main bathroom shower handle was really hard to turn. The kitchen tap was sticking, so difficult to switch off. The front door was hard to unlock, there was a bit of a knack to it).

We had a lovely stay in this property.
The garage is great to have and adequate for a large car with the doors open, but it quite difficult to park in. It would have been useful to have a local map to the property and parking instructions sent out prior to arrival. There was everything we needed, the views of Brixham Harbour were amazing. Shops and restaurants were on the doorstep. If we return to Brixham we would definately stay here again. Highly recommended.

We are 80 and 78 years old and had to cancel this holiday the day before travel, due to illness.
Sykes were advised and I requested some refund to cover no use of energy, no laundry no wear and tear etc. No one from Sykes has had the courtesy to sympathise with the fact that we were ill.,nor has my request for some compensation been answered. This was the perfect accommodation for a short stay in March. Centrally located, so it was easy to walk everywhere….as long as you can manage steep steps….but the view was worth it. The kitchen was very well stocked, so you could easily cook whilst you’re staying there. There were also nice touches - a pint of milk, tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc.
