Greyhound cottage was a fabulous place to stay, warm and well equipped, lovely comfy beds and sofas. Had a load of books, games and dvds to keep us amused too. An ideal location for exploring Kendal, just cross the bridge outside the cottage and you’re in the main town. A designated parking space outside the back door in the courtyard was ideal. Our greyhounds loved it, lots of nice river walks and lots of dog friendly places to eat and visit. There is no garden there but there are grass areas across the road right outside which were very handy. Highly recommend this place, we will be back there soon.

A good central property for holidays in Kendal and exploring local area. Good train connections we didn't use the car while here. Comfortable accommodation with all you need too relax.
