Coronation Park’s boating lake, Penrose Estate’s (2.5 miles) beautiful footpaths leading to Loe Pool, and the nearby coastal path offer fantastic opportunities for outdoor adventures. For a day at the seaside, you don’t have to travel far, with Praa Sands, Porthleven Beach and Loe Bar all within 7 miles of your door.

Very good standard and presented well. Quiet location but close to many attractions without travelling far. Easy walk into town centre.

This property was ideal for our stay in Cornwall. It was clean, modern, comfortable, had everything you could need including washing machine, dishwasher microwave etc. The parking was off road and easily accommodated B class Mercedes (1796mm). Little garden area was very pleasant to sit in. This is a central location for visiting lots of beautiful coves and places of interest.

Had a lovely time staying at the property, well located overall for the places we wanted to visit and the owners had created a real personal touch by leaving extra provisions for our dog including treats as well as being flexible and providing extra bedding for our daughter who wanted to stay also for a couple of nights on the sofa bed... overall very accommodating and nicely presented!
