Discreetly tucked away close to the Yorkshire Dales but ideally positioned off the arterial main routes of the A66 Pennine Way and the A1 Scotch Corner, guests will find themselves within easy driving distance of many popular attractions and locations. The historic and picturesque market town of Barnard Castle can be easily reached within a seven mile drive and offers guests the opportunity to explore the popular Bowes Museum, Barnard Castle and Raby Castle, as well as the weekly farmer’s market and quaint high street. The Georgian market town of Richmond is just seven miles away in the opposite direction and once again is a great location for guests wanting to visit the castle, theatre, market place and also indulge in one of the many traditional tea shops and bakeries there.
