  I could live here Paul and Chrissy have done a great job with this property.

  A cheerful friendly Paul greeted us on arrival showed us round and advised us on bit bobs about the property and the local area. Property is immaculate and bigger than the photos show. Every thing you need in the kitchen is provided. Quiet countryside setting, birds chirping, cows mooing, even a cockerel to help the country ambience. The garden well maintained and very dog friendly, quirky features and a trickling stream. St Just not far far to walk. We recommend trying the seafood chowder in the Kings Arms (Had it three times between us) Drog Penn is ideally located to explore this Cornish peninsula, by car and by foot. The Tregeseal Stone Circle being an ideal morning dog walk. Thank you Chrissy &Paul we’ll be recommending this place to our friends.

  Fantastic place to celebrate a special occasion and family holiday.

  Hope to come back again. The panoramic views of the sea and coast from Broadlands was spectacular, just beautiful. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, together with cream tea set out on the table on arrival. Clotted cream, Cornish tea, coffee, milk, apple juice also provided. Facilities and furnishings were all of good quality, bedrooms comfortable and spacious living areas. Only negatives were low water pressure for the showers and could do with another shower room for 8 people sharing, small dressing tables in all bedrooms would have been useful, cling film, tin foil in the kitchen. We found the garden parasol already broken, propped it up best we could but kept falling over, would have been useful during the hot summer sunshine while we were there.

  The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the cottage was lovely.

  The bathroom was a good size though there was a small leak coming from the pipework connecting the taps to the sink. There were great views of the sea from the bedroom windows and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Loads of storage too. A really cute cottage and nice to have the welcome pack of milk, scones, jam and cream. Much appreciated. Lots of areas to sit outside at the front and good to have parking. As others reviews have mentioned it's quite difficult pulling out on to the road as you can't see what's coming. The bus stop is just across the road. Pendeen is very small and quiet but has all you need and was exactly what we were looking for. Great location for walking SW coast path. We had a lovely stay and couldn't fault the cottage.

  What an amazing property in a wonderful setting.

  Extremely clean, comfortable and well presented. The owners have thought of absolutely everything, it really is like a home from home! We didn't have to fight over the bedrooms as they were all lovely. The fabulous scones, jam and cream, were a very welcome treat. (as were the doggy treats) Not forgetting the hot tub.. (Robes supplied)! Views from the front of property are amazing (Lands End in the distance and watching planes take off and land at Land's End airport) Some fabulous walks from the property... Recommended the walk along the lane behind the house, up to the top of the hill, quite narrow and steep but well worth it for the 360 views at the top. Will definitely be returning! Thank you !

  We had a wonderful welcome from the owner who allowed us early entrance.

  The cottage was immaculate and everything we needed was there, the kitchen especially. The garden area was fantastic for our two dogs as everywhere was fenced off so no escaping. It was situated at the end of a narrow lane and was lovely and quiet and secluded, but within easy reach of St. Just itself and and everywhere else further afield. It was an ideal holiday home with everything inside being brand new. We would definitely go again and would highly recommend to anyone who would be interested. It was such a wonderful find and we hope the owners do well for themselves in the future as it would be well deserved. Top class 10 out of 10.
